Yes! Every TCG product we sell is 100% factory-sealed and authentic. We source directly from authorized distributors and never open or tamper with sealed products. Each item arrives exactly as it left the manufacturer.
Pre-orders allow you to reserve upcoming releases before they officially launch. Once you place a pre-order, your payment is processed immediately and your order is queued for shipment on the official release date. We ship pre-orders on release day or within 1-2 business days.
We take packaging seriously. All booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, and sealed products are wrapped in protective bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy corrugated boxes with extra padding. Graded cards and high-value singles are shipped in rigid top-loaders inside padded mailers.
Due to the nature of sealed TCG products, we cannot accept returns on opened booster boxes, packs, or tins. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
